Nimi Attanayake a series of recent domestic schemes – Cloister Corner, Cork House (shortlisted for the AJ Small Award 2019) and Fruit Box – showing the practice’s distinctive approach to reworking and extending living spaces in small projects.
In the panel discussion Nimi's tips included: ‘Always start with a conversation’ and ‘don’t let budget and size affect your architectural response’. When asked about developing a narrative within small projects, Nimi said: ‘We always try and bring out designs that aren’t obvious.’
